REFUND POLICY

Every Relay Renewed device is fully tested, graded and documented before it ships. Our return process confirms the device comes back exactly as we sent it.

14-day money-back guarantee

You may return any device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, for any reason.

30-day exchange

If your device develops a functional issue within 30 days of delivery, we will exchange it for the same model or an equivalent device of equal or better condition grade, storage and battery health, subject to availability.

How we verify returns

Before shipping, every device is tested and its condition, battery health and IMEI/serial number are recorded. When your return arrives, we test and inspect it against that record. The device must be returned in the same condition it was shipped:

  • Same device (IMEI/serial number matches our records)

  • No new scratches, cracks, dents, liquid damage or other physical damage

  • No repairs, part replacements or modifications

  • Signed out of all accounts (Apple ID / Find My, Google, Samsung) and factory reset

  • All included accessories returned

If a returned device does not match its shipped condition, we will contact you. We may decline the refund and send the device back, or offer a partial refund reflecting the difference in condition.

Refund timing

Once your return is received, testing and inspection are completed first. Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after testing is complete, to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the device arrived defective, damaged, or not as described.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
