These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of relayrenewed.com and any purchase from Relay Renewed, operated by NEXUS TRADE SOLUTIONS LLC ("Relay Renewed," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current information for every order.

2. Renewed products

  • All devices sold are pre-owned and renewed. They are not new, and may show signs of prior use consistent with their condition grade.

  • Condition grades (Premium, Excellent, Good, Fair) describe cosmetic appearance only. Every grade is fully functional and tested before shipment. See our Grading Guide.

  • Each grade carries a stated minimum battery health. Battery capacity naturally declines with use after delivery; the minimum applies at the time of shipment.

  • Devices are sold factory unlocked unless the listing states the device is locked to a specific carrier. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your carrier and network before purchase.

  • Every device is checked before sale to confirm it is not reported lost or stolen and is free of account locks.

  • Accessories are limited to those listed. Original box and wall adapter are not included unless stated.

3. Brands and trademarks

Relay Renewed is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola, or any other manufacturer. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the devices. Manufacturer warranties may no longer apply to renewed devices.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Inventory is limited and supplied through wholesale channels that change daily; a listing does not guarantee availability. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, even after it has been placed.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the device. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable quantity limits, or are placed for resale. Payment is charged at checkout, and applicable sales tax is added based on your shipping address. If we cancel an order, any payment is refunded in full.

6. Shipping

Orders ship from Houston, Texas within 1–2 business days. Shipping rates, delivery details and procedures for lost or damaged packages are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.

7. Returns, refunds and exchanges

Purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee and 30-day exchange, under the conditions in our Refund Policy. Returned devices are tested against our pre-shipment record, and approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after testing is complete.

8. Your data

Before returning any device, back up and remove your personal data, sign out of all accounts, and perform a factory reset. We are not responsible for any data left on a returned device, and we erase all returned devices.

9. Disclaimer

Except for the guarantee and exchange described in our Refund Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relay Renewed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or use. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to collect content or pricing.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this site. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
