Processing time

Orders ship from Houston, Texas within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Every device is tested and documented before it leaves. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery issues

If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or shows as delivered but did not arrive, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.
